Physical Accessibility

Main Entrance

Our main entrance is wheelchair accessible. Please be aware of cobbles on the pavilion itself around the Albert Dock.

Seating Areas

There is a step up to our ‘Snug’ seating area situated in the window at the front of the venue. All other seating areas within the venue are wheelchair accessible. Assistance is available from staff members to guide guests to a suitable seat.

Restrooms

A wheelchair accessible toilet is available equipped with accessible facilities, including assistance pull cords, grab bars, sufficient space for wheelchair users and wash basins at the appropriate height.

Visual Impairment

Digital menus are available for guests to zoom and enlarge. 

Hearing Impairment

Background music is played at a low level throughout the venue. Please speak to a member of staff who will be able to assist in locating a table furthest away from a speaker should you require this.

Please be aware that we have live music playing in the evenings on Thursday, Friday and Sunday evenings which is considerably louder than the ambient background music.

Dietary Requirements

We offer a limited food menu with both meat and plant-based options. Please get in touch with any specific dietary requirements and we will do out utmost to accommodate.

Assistance Animals

Service animals are welcome in all areas of our venue. Please be aware that our venue is completely dog friendly and so there may be other dogs present at the time of your visit.

Parking

There is plenty of accessible parking available in one of the many car parks on the Royal Albert Dock.
