Sustainability
We care deeply about our people, our communities and our planet at The One O’Clock Gun and place sustainable practices at the heart of everything that we do. From working with local suppliers, supporting up and coming local talent and running an all-electric site, we are always looking for ways to improve and develop our offering while better serving the environment and our local community.
Suppliers
We work collaboratively with suppliers from the Liverpool region and from the wider North West area to source many of our products. For example:
- We work with local breweries such as Black Lodge Brewing, Neptune Brewery Glen Affric Brewery, Colbier Beer Co and Azvex Brewing Company to supply our beer.
- We source our coffee from local roasters Adams and Russell.
- The meat for our pies is sourced from local farmers in Cumbria.
- We have created our own gin with local distillers Turncoat, whose products we also stock.
- Our entire wine list is completely vegan.
Power Supply
Our venue is gas-free and is completely powered by electricity.
Community
We host live musicians up to four times a week at The Gun, nurturing local up-and-coming talent whilst paying homage to Liverpool’s musical roots.
We regularly support local charities with fundraising events and initiatives and are always keen to hear from charities about ways in which we can further support them.
